Cleansing
Washing your face with a gentle cleanser daily and applying a toner will wipe away all impurities from your skin.
Moisturizing
Hydrating the dry skin patches with a light moisturizer is a must. If you have oily skin, try a gel-based formula that your skin will absorb quickly.

Apply foundation at least after 5 minutes of moisturizing. Use a tinted moisturizer for an oily skin type while a light one can suit the dry skin. Apply a few spots with your fingers like your forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin and blend with fingers or a foundation brush working the spots outward from the center in all directions. Match the foundation with your skin tone by applying a small amount first on your neck area. In case of any confusion, go for a slightly lighter shade over a darker one. Putting a little concealer under the eyes with a pointed brush can hide your dark circles. Make sure that the concealer is not more than one shade lighter than your natural skin tone. Set the concealer and the foundation with some translucent powder by using a velvety puff. Flick off the excess with a brush. Beauty tip for concealer, in order for it to say on… you must “set” it with a powder. This means put powder over it as soon as you can.
Use a cream blush for a natural glow or a powder blush with a fluffy brush. Smile as you apply the blush and blend it upwards towards your temples.

Eye makeup
Use your finger or a shadow brush and start with a neutral eye-shadow like peach, bronze or plum and make sure the shadow goes from your lash line to just beyond the inner crease. Apply a black or brown eye-liner along the rim of your upper lash. Curl your lashes by pressing a lash curler and apply mascara with the tip of the wand oriented towards the outer corner of your eye.
Lips
Moisturize your lips with a lip balm and then you can apply a neutral or a vibrant lip color by puckering your lips as if you are going to kiss. Use your fingertips to blend outwards.
