Please see below for a full list of services and applicable rates for services offered by Makeup by Nancy.

Pre-Wedding Application & Consultation

A wedding makeup consult prior to booking:

Wedding Consult Makeup – $150.00* 

  • Includes full makeup application.
  • The bride may try either traditional or airbrush application styles.

Pricing is the same for others wanting a consult as well. (mothers, sisters)

Wedding Day Makeup

Effective June 2025

Bride: $350.00

Includes: Pre-Wedding Consult, Wedding Day Makeup and all Admin Fee’s.

Bridesmaids and other attendants/guests: $125.00* per person

NOTE: Holiday Fee’s will be additional, contact me for details

False Eye Lashes

  • False strip eyelashes are included in the makeup pricing.
  • False strip lashes only (no other makeup application): $15.00 per person.
  • Please inquire about pricing for false individual lashes.

Depending on the amount of individual false lashes requested (not the strips), the application may be included in the makeup application cost or there may be a supplemental fee per piece of lashes.

Flower Girls

  • Flower girls (under the age of 5 who want just a little lip gloss, eye shadow, and soft cheeks are free of charge.
  • Flower girls 5-10 years will be $25.00 per child

Makeup by Nancy will not apply makeup to a child without parental/guardian permission.

  • Makeup by Nancy requires a $500.00 minimum for wedding makeup services per event, which does not include separate travel fees (see rates below), unless other arrangements have been made directly with Makeup by Nancy.

Travel Fees

  • For the first 50 miles of travel (includes round trip travel both to and from Salisbury, Massachusetts, and event location): Flat rate of $50.00.
  • For any mileage incurred by Makeup by Nancy that exceeds 50 miles of round trip travel both to and from Salisbury, Massachusetts, and event location: The client will pay Makeup By Nancy at the rate of .625 per mile. This per-mile rate will be in addition to the $50.00 flat rate.
  • Transportation costs other than automobiles (ferry, air travel, train, etc.) must be paid in advance of the event.
  • Any travel exceeding 75 miles (in one direction from Salisbury, Massachusetts), may require the client to pay for Makeup by Nancy’s overnight accommodations and will include the following costs:
  • Overnight accommodations (The amount of which will vary depending on availability and location)
  • Meal expenses

Holding/Waiting Time and Odd Hours

  • Early Morning Arrival (prior to 8:00 am): $50.00.
  • Wait Time: $125.00 per hour for any time spent waiting for the parties to arrive after the scheduled appointment time.
  • If pre-arranged, Makeup by Nancy may remain onsite at the event after the ceremony for touchups at $350.00 for up to 2 hours. Any additional time needed will be billed at $125.00 per hour. A vendor meal must be provided for any time exceeding 2 hours.

*Applies to new bookings for 2022 – includes airbrush option and lashes.

Professional Makeup Services

Tattoo Cover-up Services
  • Makeup by Nancy does not have a standard price for tattoo cover-up services. Pricing depends on the size and colors of each individual tattoo.
  • Please inquire for pricing. If possible, please provide a photo of the tattoo(s) that you would like covered.

 

Models, Boudoir, Pinup, Head-shots
  • $175 per person – plus travel *where applicable
  • For Nancy to stay onsite for the shoot – $100/hr (billed hourly with a minimum of one hour)
  • Makeup application at Nancy’s Salisbury MA home studio – $125.00/per person
  • Onsite services have a Travel Fee of $50 for up to 50 miles from Salisbury Ma. Then after that travel will be billed at $25 each additional 20 miles. However, if you are in my neighborhood of Salisbury MA, there will be no travel fee.

    (Note: if you are hiring Nancy at her home studio or to go onsite for 4 or more people such as girls night, proms, Jr Prom, etc… contact Nancy for special pricing with details you provide)

    NOTE: Although I try not to increase pricing, there may be a time when I may have to. Therefore “all pricing is subject to change”

Create a Look

With professional cosmetics that Nancy will bring along with her to your session. Nancy will guide you through creating a simple daytime look, then bringing it into a glamorous using a simple and soft way to do contouring to give you’re a little “face lift.”

Glam and Go!

Are you already a makeup wearer and want to skip the natural look and just start from scratch and go all out with lashes and all? Do you want to do a more sculpted face with contour and highlight? This one might be for you!

MS Teams, Facetime and other Virtual lessons: If you are not in Makeup By Nancy’s area and don’t want to pay the travel fee, we can do a Virtual Lesson, and then I can follow it up with emailed instructions. To save time, I’ll be giving you a list of questions to answer ahead of time and will be requesting a list of the makeup items and brushes you already have. Please use the pricing for Nancy’ home studio. This service is limited to individual lessons, groups lessons do not qualify

Pricing

If you’re in my neighborhood and want lessons, a travel fee does not apply.

Instructional Services at Nancy’s home studio – $150 for 1st 1 1/2 hours – extra time billed at $25 per every 15 Minutes.

Group Lessons: For Instructional Services of Four (4) or more people at Nancy’s home studio: $95/per person with a 2-hour maximum timeframe

Important Terms and Pricing

Booking Your Event
  • A $300.00 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve a wedding date. The deposit will be refunded only if I have to cancel the booking.
  • Final payment is due on or before the day of the event. Preferred payment method is Cash or Check, credit cards are accepted but not preferred.
Holding/Waiting Time and Odd Hours
  • For Nancy to stay onsite after the ceremony for touch ups but not to stay for the reception (only if time allows) – $350.00 for up to 2 hours.Additional time needed will be billed at $125.00 per hour.
  • For Nancy to go onsite after the ceremony for touch ups and stay for the reception for nightly touch ups (only if time allows) – $500 – $1,000depending on how long I stay (must provide vendor meal)
  • For Early Morning Arrival; Before 8:00am – $50.00

Schedule Time, Reserved Time and Cancellations

While I understand that there are some last minute additional people who would like to get there makeup done too, this can be doable if time allows however lashes availability may be limited.

You are responsible to be present at your booked time. If you are running behind and cannot make the service, you are still responsible for full payment. If you are running behind, don’t assume you can show up late, please call to make sure I can be available to take you at a later time. All scheduled times are firm.

Services can be canceled prior to the event, but no later than 60 days before the event. Client is responsible to pay, in full, all services booked if services are canceled any time within 60 days of the event.
